Barry DuMoulin is a Coast Guard veteran, with 12 years experience in search and rescue, and 12 more years in marine safety. Barry has served as a sword deputy, and managed the first Liquid Natural Gas facility off the coast of Massachusetts. One of his most interesting assignments was security chief for the USS Constitution, in Boston Harbor, the oldest commissioned ship in our navy’s history.
