Senator Roland Burris (D-IL), an African-American from Chicago, who ironically holds the same seat formerly held by Barack Obama, is forecasting that he might vote with Republicans against cloture which will effectively kill the ObamaCare bill. He claims the bill has been gutted from a government "option" and other key provision that he sees no need to support the legislation.
