Terrorists currently confined at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba,  are expected to be transferred soon the Thomson Correctional Center in Illinois.  This may cause several problems which will result in dangerous exposure to the safety of the homeland, with no simple solution.  Full Story in the WSJ.
